Sector: Industrial machinery/Machinery for the food industry.
Context: Irundin is a company dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of industrial filling/packaging machinery. It specializes in rinsers, fillers and cappers and manufactures machines for different sectors with a production capacity ranging from 1,500 bottles/h to 50,000 bottles/h.
In recent years, Irundin has been committed to diversification, expanding geographically in a strategic way, as well as expanding its portfolio of products and services, such as the internalization of maintenance and technical assistance of its machinery in order to build customer loyalty.
Challenge: Our challenge in this project has been, first of all, to develop an understanding of the client and the wine industry today. This has allowed us to categorize customers based on their behavior, and thus be able to identify the key value proposition for each of them.
We redesigned the portfolio of products and services based on the preferences of the customers identified in the research from a relevant vision for the user.
We materialize the proposal through the design of the different machines in order to align the product/service portfolio with the market requirements.
